- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have current promotions on our Facebook and other social media as well as our website. We send out monthly coupons in our newsletter so be sure to sign up to receive that! We have a dispatch of $67 to send out a trained certified technician to complete an assessment and to give upfront pricing. They have a fully stocked truck and will waive the $67 if the pricing for the work is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to WOW all of our clients. We want you to have an All Star experience from start to finish. The WOW experience starts with one of our All Star Dispatchers that take the initial call and get you set up with the best All Star Technician. Our All Star Dispatchers like to get as much detail during the first call, so our All Star Technicians can show up prepared and ready to work. Upon arrival, we like to do a full assessment of any plumbing issues. Our All Star Technicians strive to be upfront and transparent during the entire visit. After our assessment, we strive to share our findings and provide multiple options custom to each client's desired options and their budget. From there it is completely up to you on how you would like to move forward!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff participates in weekly training exercises to stay up to date with the newest plumbing technology. We have extensive training programs for junior staff and new members so that all staff is trained to our All Star Standards. We also look for additional opportunities with local supply houses and vendors to make sure we are serving our clients to the best of our abilities.
