- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important is a brief conversation about other experiences the client has had with smart homes. Was it a good experience? What made it a good experience? Next we educate the client to assist their decision making. Finally establishing and managing their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification on 5 control systems ( Crestron, RTI, Savant, URC and Elan) Training by pioneer, Denon, Panasonic, Luxul, Araknis and many more!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am very curious about electronics and technology and as a kid I always took thing apart. As an adult I’m much better at putting them back together 😁. I have a computer background as well as years of construction experience.
