- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the job, and the difficulty of the roof. Repair minimum is $650. For re-roof approximate prices are: Shingles $550 to $600 a square Tiles $900 to $1200 a square, they can cost more depending on the situation. Flat re-roof $1000 a square and up. Metal snap lock $1050 a square and up. Standing seam $1200 a square and up. Gutters about $12 a lineal foot. Prices are approximate and may go up based on other factors such as roof layout, # of stories, etc…
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we take a look at the project, take pictures of the issues, then discuss the possible solutions with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years roofing experience. I have worked as a laborer, foreman, project manager, consultant, and contractor.
