I do not have to tell anyone what to do. They come in do the job, no music, not much disturbance of My activities while they are here, minding there own business, Once they know your house, the cleaning process is consistent. Once done off they go. When I think of something like the fans or toaster, etc. they’ve thought of it too. Very happy with Albertina and the job that she and her team perform. I certainly recommend them wholeheartedly. Samm
