Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Honest. My older grill had some rust on it inside and out. They let me know that they would do there best but once rust has settled deep inside the steel there wasn't much they could do. Well my grill looks better then i expected though it does still have some rust inside from my neglect but glad they let me know about it and I will be calling them every year so it doesn't get any worse.
