From the start of our phone call, JB Services was excellent! They returned my call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Joe, our service tech, was amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, explained the process of his service, worked on the water heater, and finished the job relatively quickly and with quality!
