This thief took my money. Never filed a permit and now ignores my phone calls. Stay away!!!

Details: Entire portions of roof need to be repaired • Single-level building • 0 - 10 years old • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential

Mr Coh, My assistant who does all my permitting has filed your permit on September 9, 2024. We informed you that the Indian River County Bldg Dept is back logged between 4-6 weeks on roofing permits before we even signed the contract on September 8th. My assistant has forwarded you the application # along with the revisions that were requested by the bldg dept. I informed you a few days ago that it was still in review. As far as not returning your call right away is because im on a roof but I always follow up. Were trying to fascilite the permit as quick is possible to get your new roof done but I have no control over the bldg dept. We just ask for a little patience and we can get the job done. thank you Bob Quinn

I give 10% discounts to Military veterans, medical field personal, fireman, police officers and people who fell on hard times the discount would vary along with a payment plan if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educating them on the issue, showing pictures of it if it's not seeable to them and letting them know the best way to solve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in the roofing industry. I started on-the-job training.
