- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give 10% discounts to Military veterans, medical field personal, fireman, police officers and people who fell on hard times the discount would vary along with a payment plan if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educating them on the issue, showing pictures of it if it's not seeable to them and letting them know the best way to solve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of experience in the roofing industry. I started on-the-job training.
