FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$99 for first 30 mins and $170 every hour after. $99 to come out and provide quote and if accepted the $99 goes towards the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get to know what the customer is looking for. Most customers do know what they want. I then give options I feel that they would be interested in and what would work best for them. I’m very cautious to not push a customer in to something they don’t understand or don’t need or don’t want. Then provide and estimate and if accepted then we schedule a time to do the work. If the work can be done the same day we do that as long as it works with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a green helper in 2011. Went through the 4 year apprenticeship and took the test and received my journeyman’s license in 2015. I then spent 4 more years as foreman running jobs. Then studied and took classes to pass the masters exam and received my masters license in 2019 and activated it in 2019 to start my business MCGuire’s Electrical Services LLC.
