- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies greatly depending on the severity of damages. You can expect to pay anywhere from $500.00 for an assessment to several thousand dollars for a home dry out to over $10,000.00 for mold remediation with a partial home remodel, including but not limited to kitchen cabinet replacement or flooring replacement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will offer an inspection, at no cost, and then provide options as to how the client can proceed with solving their problem, whether it be a water leak or a mold contamination issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
