- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pool Troopers has access to the best pricing in the industry due to our size and buying power. We are proud to offer our customers great rates on parts and equipment. For regular recurring service, we charge our customers on a monthly basis and provide cleaning and chemical treatments every week to ensure your pool is always kept blue! Pool Troopers has a team of licensed mechanics and we ensure to background check and drug test all of our technicians. In addition, we are one of the few pool companies who offers full benefits to their employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is that a local manager will call you within 2 business days within contact with you to schedule a new service visit or pool repair. If you are interested in recurring service, our new service team member will come out and provide a free quote pool side with you. Once you approve, the start-up team member will treat your pool and get it ready for regular recurring service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have all gone through background checks, drug screens and most of them have their CPO Certification, so you can be able to trust your pool trooper technician to come to your home!
