- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For out of town jobs “ outside Jacksonville” I do charge for travel. I do offer discounts for military, seniors, and first responders. I have no overhead so, prices would be significantly lower than most competitors. I also give a 20% discount to homeowners upon new referrals on their name. I also work with customers on a budget and do what I can to stick to that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new customer. I ask for known issues, run a test to see if there are any other issues that they are unaware of. Get to work repairing all the trouble spots. Get back with the customer and do a walkthrough. Thank the customer for their business and hand them a business card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mainly on the job training. I took a few training classes to get more familiar with wiring and electrical.
