- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do with our customers is give them an overview of the process in its entirety. This includes resources for communication, an assigned project manager, and estimated timelines and pricing. We always answer all of your questions upfront to create a relationship based on transparency, integrity, and honesty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold educational seminars, lunch and learns, and weekly meetings so that our staff are up-to-date with new industry regulations, laws, and procedures. Knowledge is one of the pillars of our company and the ability to communicate that to our customers is what sets us apart from our competition. We leave no stone unturned and no question unanswered. When the homeowner is educated on the process, we've done our job.
