- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the exception of any hidden woodrot our pricing is pretty straight forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would confirm a time and date that is best for you to meet with us to discuss your project. At the appointment we will ask questions to learn how to best suit your needs. We would then inspect your roof to make the appropriate recommendations and provide you with an estimate for the repairs or replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attained years of experience through hard work and on the job training. Training, Education and Certifications through multiple manufacturers. State Certification.
