- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$299 if you list (+ commission) or buy with me. Paid at closing. $299 for property owners with no intention of selling, I'll provide a detailed neighborhood market analysis (unofficial appraisal). $100/hr for Investors who are in need of photography for a local property -- I provide "boots on the ground" services. Refundable if you list or buy with me within 30 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do everything from A-Z! Starts with an in-person or virtual consultation, provide advice to prepare your home to sell, market your home in several mediums, prescreen buyers, arrange showings, review & negotiate offers and repair requests, coordinate closing activities & requirements, and most of all, be your #1 advocate!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.A.S. and B.S. degrees. Licensed in 2016, closed around 100 homes ($14m volume) as of October, 2021. Florida Real Estate License # 3370601. Brokered by JPAR Real Estate. Please note, I am only licensed to work in the state of Florida. I do not hold an Appraiser's license.
