Joseph was very professional and responsive. However, I do not feel that their prices are transparent like they advertise. "Our pricing model is transparent, with no hidden charges or add-ons, designed to maximize the earnings of property owners." Their website says they charge 50% of the 1st month rent. However, I was quoted 100%. They need to update their website as it is not accurate. It would save potential customers time. It's clear their service area is not as big as they claim to stay within their "transparent pricing model."

As you know, our property management company operates in Jacksonville, Florida, and you contacted us regarding a property located in Georgia—over an hour and a half away. Despite this, after hearing your situation, I considered taking on your property, even though it is outside the area we typically manage. I did this out of a desire to help, as I always do for my clients. I explained that for managing a property outside our coverage area, fair compensation would be required—specifically, 100% of the first month’s rent as a commission to find the specific type of tenant you requested. This was clearly communicated during our conversations, and all fees were disclosed upfront. Transparency was provided from the beginning, and I’m sorry to hear that you feel otherwise, but this is not a fair representation of our interaction. I wish you the best in your search and hope you find a property management company located in Georgia that can meet your needs. Thank you.

Keshman PM is truly the best. I am from PA and decided to start buying properties in Jacksonville.
