- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts when other services are bundled together. If I am helping complete multiple projects in your home the price is discounted!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process always starts with a text and a phone call. A meeting with the customer will entail a conversation to set expectations and pricing. Once everything is agreed, my goal is to provide fast and thorough service. Your satisfaction is my number 1 priority!
