My pricing is clear and fair, designed to provide excellent value for the pet-sitting services I offer. I provide a range of flexible options to accommodate various needs, with competitive rates and discounts available for multiple pets and weekly bookings. If you require services that aren’t listed on my website, I can create personalized invoices, ensuring you only pay for the specific care your pet needs. To help manage my schedule and maintain high-quality service, please note that a 50% service charge applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new client, I like to start by having a detailed discussion about your pet’s habits, preferences, and any specific needs they might have. I usually arrange a meet-and-greet so that your pet can get to know me in a relaxed setting. During this meeting, we’ll go over your expectations, and I’ll outline how I plan to care for your pet. Communication is key, so I make sure to keep you updated regularly during the service to give you peace of mind.
