I've been working with Sam for over a year and it has been an amazing experience! With her help, I was able to meet fitness goals I didn't even know I had. After an injury a few years ago, my strength and stability were really compromised. I was seeking physical therapy or treatment for pain every 12-15 months. I haven't had to go back in over 2 years with Sam's help! I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for an upbeat trainer that will challenge you to push yourself to meet your goals.
