The Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville enlisted the help of Jenju Enterprises to tie together a recent Lecture Series event we held at the University of North Florida. We rented linens and small decor to accent our event. Jennifer provided us with everything we needed and more. The linens, decor, and centerpieces were of the highest quality. Jennifer went above and beyond to provide us with classy and appropriate items for our event as well as offering her assistance with day-of, pre-event coordination. Our agency plans to solicit Jenju Enterprises for as many events as we can going forward. Ten out of Ten!

My experience with Jennifer was nothing short of a disaster. She constantly quoted outrageously inflated prices, almost like she thought we wouldn’t notice. Example? She brought us a bartender for $900, while I found a professional for $260 in minutes. Do you see the difference? That wasn’t a one-off—this was her throughout. Sure, she did help secure a venue I liked, but that ended up being another nightmare. The host didn’t want a DJ, which we agreed to through Jennifer, but the minute we let her go, the owner suddenly called us “cheap” and “liars.” I can’t prove it, but it’s funny how that shift happened right after we dropped her—almost like she had something to say about us once we stopped paying her inflated rates. Honestly, her glowing ratings make sense now. If you don’t care about money and are happy to hand over whatever number she throws at you, you’ll probably think she’s amazing. Both parties are satisfied—you get an event, she gets her cut. But if you value your money and expect transparency, brace yourself for frustration. In hindsight, I’m glad we moved on because we found better venues and vendors for a fraction of the price. Jennifer was by far the worst part of our planning journey. If you enjoy overpaying and unnecessary drama, she’s your person. If not, save yourself the headache and stay far away.
