- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very reasonable. I prefer to meet with the customer, find out what their needs are, see what budget they're working with and customize a price that will fit in with the budget they have. Being realistic about the price and showing the client what they can afford to get based on their budget works for most clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client, listening and ensuring that I have a clear understanding of what their needs are and then giving them a short history of my background and experience usually makes the client comfortable with my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the hotel industry for over 14 years. In that time I've worked as a sales person booking corporate meetings, reunions, golf outings and other social events for my clients. Later in my career I worked as general manager for several hotels and resorts.
