- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very important! If the company is very cheap it means that they don’t use materials and there is big risk of breaking some items or they aren’t fully insured company! Always ask those questions to carriers , what they include in their prices

Developing relationships and understanding their needs.
