- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer a base pricing model of $200 for an hour of labor, two movers, two trucks, and travel within 30 miles. Additional charges may apply for services beyond two hours, additional movers, additional trucks, travel beyond 30 miles, and special items. We offer a 10% discount to new customers and a 5% discount for military members and seniors. We also offer a referral program, where customers can earn a $25 credit for referring a friend or family member.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts us by phone or email to request an estimate. We schedule a time to visit the customer's home or business to assess their needs and provide an estimate. Once the customer has accepted the estimate, we schedule a time for their move or junk removal. On the day of the move or junk removal, our team of experienced and professional movers will arrive on time and ready to work. We'll carefully pack and load the customer's belongings, and we'll transport them to their new home or to our disposal facility. Once we're finished, we'll unpack and unload the customer's belongings, and we'll leave their new space clean and tidy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of movers is fully licensed and insured. We also provide our movers with ongoing training on the latest moving and safety techniques.
