- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $20 deposit that's required for all bookings. The remaining amounts are due after services are completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, after booking their appointment using a online booking system all of my clients will fill out a form asking a few questions about their skin type (normal to dry, normal to oily, combination, etc). My clients will also specify what type of look they are wanting (natural glam, soft, dramatic, formal, etc). A client waiver is signed prior to service. Lastly, get prepared for the Ultimate Makeup Glam Session you've ever experienced!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started with practicing on myself 10 years ago! I would get compliments non stop about the looks I would do and everyone would tell me how natural and soft my makeup would be. I went on for the next 5 years after that doing my family and friends faces for fun and for any special events that they were attending. At that point I began getting referrals from all of my family and friends so I made the decision to finally start booking clients as a professional Makeup Artist and I've loved every minute of it 5 years later!!
