- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I wrote earlier pricing is subject to change once I get to the property and if there is more work that needs to be done. If this is the case I will let you know before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obviously, once being notified I have a direct Leads I reach out asking the best time for me To come do the work to the property. Most of them reply back (but some never even reply which is frustrating because the average for a direct lead in charged is $20-$35. Sometimes a lot higher) Non-Refundable. Just wanted to put that out there because it definitely adds up. Once the customer replies and gives me the green light, we agree on a time for me to come by their property. I like to notify them before I’m headed their way. This gives the customer the heads up that I am coming to do the job. If the customer is home I ask them if I can walk the property just to see what all needs done and if we need to renegotiate the estimate that thumbtack provides the customer. (Which is typically a little low. Not always but sometimes. I also ask the customer if there are any obstacles I may need to be aware of that could be easily missed. Then, I complete the job amd request payment.

I have 10+ years of training from other very experienced knowledgeable Lawn Care professionals.
