- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 minimum initial in person residential consultation fee (local clients only - travel charges will be applied for far travel and commercial projects). You will receive a project brief with my full design quote and the project scope following the consult! *$150 minimum holiday consultation fee* $275 starting for color consultations $225 consultation fee for commercial inquiries There's a $50 Cancellation Fee if you cancel a consultation within 24 hours of the schedule meeting. No fee for Rescheduling!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a Consultation: I will reach out for additional information about your project. 2. Consultation Meeting: We’ll arrange a design consultation where we can meet at the project site. I’ll ask you to show me the areas you'd like help designing. 3.Design Board Creation: After our meeting and gaining insight into your vision, I will develop a design board that showcases the items and design concepts for each room. These boards will feature photos of each item, along with their prices and measurements, the color palette, and my suggestions or notes. My clients appreciate having everything consolidated in one place before making any purchases. 4. Purchasing Discussion: We will talk about the steps required for purchasing items and set timelines for each room. 5. Installation: A scheduled appointment will be arranged for me to assist with installation, design, and evaluation of the space before we proceed. Usually, installations occur in 3 phases (Phase 1-3), depending on the number of spaces I'm assisting you with and the timeline involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With several years of experience in design, including marketing, graphic design, and interior design, a strong foundation has been built. Additionally, being a licensed Realtor in Florida provides valuable insights, along with hands-on experience in home remodels. Recognizing the importance of increasing property value for resale is essential in this industry.
