Was a hour late. Spent 2.5 hours washing dishes that are still greasy. Sweeping and mopping my dining area and a half bath. Brought in my outside dumpster into my home. When I asked her to remove it she proceeded to do other things before removing it. After 2.5 with very minimal progress I asked her to leave and I’d pay her for her time. She asked why and I informed her I didn’t have time to stay with her all day with the speed she’s cleaning. She said she would’ve brought other people but “didn’t know if I’d be okay with it”. I also let her know the minimal amount she has cleaned within 2.5 is truly unacceptable. Where she replied that it was taking her so long because she had to “let the spray sit so it wasn’t an oily residue left”. Be that as it may I’ve had many cleaners and this was by far the worst. Now the company wants me to pay the full tab and told me I should’ve let her “stay and finish her job” as if I don’t have kids to get from school or like she finished the job. She left the house with a puddle of water on my kitchen floor that was…say it with me..not cleaned.

I am sorry this customer had a bad experience. However, our cleaner took before and after pictures (not just before pictures) of what she did while she was there in that 2.5 hours, and it was a lot! The customer asked her to leave after 2.5 hours because she didn't think she was making enough progress. The progress was slow, because the house was very messy and the kitchen extremely greasy, which took a long time to clean well. We do not charge a customer by the hour, we charge per job. So, despite the house being dirtier than expected, and the job taking longer than expected, we were prepared to finish the job at the quoted price. We always strive to make every customer happy, but some customers you just can't. If anyone reads this bad review and would like me to show them the pictures of actually the job we did, I am happy to do so. Don't let this unfortunate review keep you from hiring our company!
