- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you have people over to your house, it's your safe place and your place to get away from the rest of the world. You can't put a price on knowing that the job was done honestly and with respect for the homeowner. I offer a high-end cleaning service, and my prices are based on the level of service I provide. I have great customer service that you won't find with other housekeepers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact ShiningBright through Thumbtack, you will talk to the owner and the one leads the team through how the cleaning will go in your home. When you book your first cleaning, we'll talk to you about any problems and then get right to work. We'll get you on the schedule by making your next appointment ahead of time. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since I was 8 but only after I started living in the U.S back in 2004 did I open my cleaning business for the Jacksonville area. we do everything possible to be the most customer service-oriented company in Jacksonville. Me and my team pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make you happy. I have over 15 years' experience, so I know a thing or two about getting it done quickly and efficiently.
