- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am insured. My equipment is commercial grade. My products are professional grade. I am meticulous and I take my time to ensure it's done correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get any questions you may have answered before we even discuss confirming your cleaning/organizing. I want you to feel 100% comfortable before any further steps are taken.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former cleaning franchise employee, but learning about ADHD, and getting help, is really what enabled me to be the meticulous cleaner I am today. If things don't have a place we will set it anywhere and then it's a chain reaction of stress. Teaching and training myself to stay clean and organized has made my life significantly easier on my mental health.
