- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a flat rate, I don’t charge hourly. (I love to treat my current clients, so if you happen to recommend me to someone that’s also in need of cleaning services, it’s a bouquet of flowers for the ladies, or a 6 pack of beer for the guys, on me, to show my appreciation!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority is to see what problem you have, and how best I can solve it. I do that by asking questions, and scheduling a convenient time to do a walk through so I can better understand your needs, and to see if we’d be a good fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Cornerstone Certification via the American House Cleaners Association, and am certified through the Maid Training Academy.
