Sergei was hired to re-tile two bathrooms and went above and beyond as there were a couple of plumbing issues and he took care of those issues as well with no hesitation. He showed up early everyday, had great craftsmanship and left area clean when finished.

I paid this made over 100.00 to come and securely put up a closet rack. I explained to him that i tried to fix it several times and it continued to fall. Before taking my money he assured me this would be fixed and secure even after i informed him that i had tried to do it myself with the very material he brought over to fix it with. He states if the rack fell again it would bring the wall down with it. Welp it fell again and not only did he want me to pay for stronger materials which he should have got the first time, he also wanted me to pay for services all over again as if it was my fault that it fell. Poor customer service, poor cheap materials and poor communication. I will be contacting my attorney with the recordings of our exact conversations as well. Its not about the money its about principle.
