- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices will most of the time also include materials for larger projects. I do have a service fee but I am very reasonable with my prices. I am not the cheapest because I offer quality work. I will not come into your home or business and shortcut anything that I do. I was taught it's always best to do it the right way the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to see exactly what the customer needs done and then to offer them the best solution to achieving it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed several courses in the fields that I work on.
