- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are estimated by project, some can be done virtually while more complex projects will require a field visit at no cost to the customer. We also offer hourly rate in three tears: "Less Than Four Hours", "Four Hours or More" and "Full Day".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you at your preferred way of communication (This App, Text, call or email). We ask you to share any information (Description, video, pictures, videocall), Some project we can estimate virtually, others requires a field inspection. Once visited, we provide pricing typically on the spot or same day. A portal is created automatically for you (No username required, is linked to your phone) where you can see project status, bookings, craftsman, estimates and invoices. Once the estimate is approved by customer we book a craftsman, plan materials and we get the job done for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a mechanical engineer, and I’ve been doing engineering and maintenance projects for multiple industries for over 15 years, leading successful, high-performance teams of engineers, builders, and multi-crafts technicians.
