I booked for the first time, and i was really happy by his work. Though we had little problem in communication, but he was very good at his work. He doesn't waste any time and try to finish the work as quick as possible. Perfect man for the odd jobs including electrical work.

Building Services of JAX has completed two projects for me so far - rebuilding a front portaco and restoring porch windows. I questioned if the work could be done. The house is old and the wood was rotten.
I am very pleased with both jobs. The workmanship was outstanding and the attention to detail that was given to the woodwork is hard to find today. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up meticulously every day. I cannot stress how completely satisfied I was with the quality of the workmanship. I will have many other projects in the future because the house is so old. I hope they will have time for me.

I used this service for four jobs. I was very impressed with the quality of work. I will be contacting Yaha again for some carpet removal to replace with vinyl. No messes were left and needless to say I was very pleased!! He took a glass shower door and rails down, recaulked a baseboard, rehung a shutter and reinforced 3 others, and hung a security light.
