- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To cover Taxes, Insurance, Overhead, and Transportation costs, I have a $100 minimum for most services, $200 for "emergency/same day/after hours/Sunday" requests. There will also be a small service fee based on the direct cost of leads from ThumbTack. Military and Senior discounts available. Different pricing structure for Property Managers, Landlords, and Realtors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I simply ask a series of questions to get the best understanding of their needs, and honestly tell you if something is outside of my scope of ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of experience with 2 years of trade school in the areas of plumbing, electrical, and building services.
