- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in our work. We work hard in making your vision a reality and offer Warranties with all our jobs. Our prices may not be the lowest in town, but we let our work speak for itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Contact: We take the time to initiate contact and introduce our company, get to know you and obtain as many details as we can. Typically, an appointment is made to meet in person to look at the job. 2- Visit: This is when we visit your home / project to meet you and discuss every single detail of your project, take pictures and predict possible scenarios. We provide a variety of solutions according to your specific situation and establish a game plan. 3- Budgeting and Contract: We provide you with a FREE Estimated Budget. Once the estimate is approved, we write a service agreement, leaving every single detail in writing as well as warranty details for your protection. 4- Commence Project: At this point, everything is prepared and we begin to work on your home / project. You will be notified of every minor detail about your project with a single point of contact (POC) who you will always have access to via cellphone, email or in person. Once the job is finished, your POC will revise, walk the project with you and make corrections (if any). 5- Walk around and collection: Once we walk the project and you are satisfied with the job, we will collect any payment due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 55 years of combined Stucco experience and a BS in Project Management, enabling us to work on your project efficiently and prepare for any inconveniences that may arise (if any).
