Hey everyone my name is Ashley. I am the owner of Imperial Fence & Rail. We are a Fence Company that specializes in all styles of fence. Vinyl, Aluminum, (Hand Built Wood Fence), and Chain Link Fence. We value and appreciate all of our customers. What sets us apart from most Fencing companies is the fact that we truly guarantee the upmost quality and service. Our clients have the peace of mind in knowing they do not pay any money upfront until they have physically seen a flawlessly installed Fence. We eliminate any doubt by showing the best possible service they can receive. We pride ourselves in not only building fantastic fences. But throughout the process we go above and beyond with the little things. Unlike other companies we keep the yard absolutely immaculate. No dirt will be left exposed on the ground. If you have a Vinyl or Aluminum Fence we make sure to wipe everything down prior to leaving. Also any ny HOA requirements that we are able to handle for our customers we do that as well. We treat every single customers property as if it were our own. We not only offer discounts to Military, and law enforcement, but every single customer there is. If we need to work with a client regarding the funds of the project we ask that they do not hesitate to let us know. As money is not the most important aspect of our business. It's serving other in our community with a product that their families and friends can enjoy for years to come!

Imperial Fence and Rail exceeded all my expectations! They went above and beyond by installing a new egress boundary fence, repairing a poorly installed 5+1 vinyl fence gate, and adjusting the existing fence line to be symmetrical with the grade of my lawn. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch, and the value they provided was tremendous. I highly recommend Imperial Fence and Rail for anyone in need of high-quality fencing services.

I am so happy we decided on working with Imperial Fence! They were amazingly transparent throughout the entire process. We were not left waiting long to have our new fence installed. It was actually 10 days from the original quote. And they did not disappoint. The fence looks amazing but what satisfied not my husband and I the most was the attention to the little details. They actually bought cut up pieces of tarp to lay out in order to keep all the dirt out of our grass. After the fence we installed they even wiped down the entire fence leaving it absolutely spotless. We can’t say thank you enough for such an excellent job they did!

I CANNOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW AMAZING THIS COMPANY IS! THEY TRULY WITHOUT A DOUBT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND INSTALLING OUR NEW FENCE. WE UNFORTUNATELY HIRED A COMPANY ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO TO COME OUT AND INSTALL A NEW VINYL FENCE. THEY UNFORTUNATELY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT OF OVER $5,000 AND NEVER CANE BACK. IMPERIAL FENCE AND RAIL DID NOT CHARGE US A PENNY UPFRONT. THE GUYS LITERALLY WORKED IN THE RAIN FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT INSTALLING OUR NEW FENCE. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Well first of all they can honor what they say. quote" it's not necessarily the money but making the people in our community happy" I have had 2 back surgeries and I'm a retired navy veteran. So, I thought I could trust Lyle when he presented his company. But beware as he is just a phone caller and calls someone else to do the work. His tree crew was great. But shame on me as when he arrived at my home, he said just write him a check for the tree trimmers part 1750.00 and he would collect the remainder when they reset the fence. Contacted via text and he doesn't respond. So, I'm assuming he doesn't want to honor his portion of the contract to reset the fence. There were flags all over this one and I didn't catch them. Shame on me. 2-person business, 2-year business, cashed my check very next day.

Do not hire. Left my yard a mess my fence is 3 to 4 inches off the ground they cut half a limb on my tree. Lyle will not get back to you he will say he will but he won't and when you complain about the job that was going on he tells his workers that I am picky. Only wanted to make sure they put it on the property line but that makes me picky.
