Laminate floors are starting to lift and come apart after less than a year. My husband and I contacted him about the issue and he agreed to come out on Monday 9/10 to fix the job, but never showed up or answered his phone. Now it is Tuesday and my floor is still in shambles and we still can't get in touch with him. I've tried contacting him through phone calls and text. Also, I have a 19-month old and with the condition of these floors it's too dangerous for her to walk around.

We all knew in the beginning of this project the floors were not level. Customer wanted to proceed with install due to it being Thanksgiving. This is not a warranty issue on our end. If the customer wants to float there floors. We can. It will be a month or so out.

I hired Gary to hang pictures in our office and it turns out that he was able to assist with several projects that needed to be completed , including putting our company logo on the wall, which was tedious work. He did a great job! He was very professional and he took great pride in his work.

Everything was excellent until after I paid $150 for practically NO change in the color of the dishwasher. Not his fault but a waste of money.

We have a minimum of 2 hours charge at $200. Any project we try to price according.

I prefer them to show me exactly what they want done and explain it to me. So when I quote them, it is exactly for what they want.
