- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prioritize building rapport with new customers, starting with a friendly and informative phone call to discuss their project goals and concerns. During the in-person estimate, I take the time to explain my approach and answer any questions they have. My goal is to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in their decision to work with me. I maintain open communication throughout the project and am always available to address any concerns that arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Retired Navy Aviation Electrician with extensive training in electromagnetic and solar power technologies. I hold multiple degrees in these fields, and I'm eager to apply my expertise . My military experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a dedication to safety and efficiency.
