FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific needs of each job. While some projects can be estimated upfront, others may require a time and materials plan, billed at an hourly rate. Please note, there is an $80 service charge (not the hourly rate) for the initial visit, which will be subtracted from the final invoice if you decide to move forward with the project. If additional work is requested during the job, we will provide an updated estimate to ensure clarity before proceeding. Adding to the job is no problem at all—we’re happy to accommodate changes as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to start with a phone call, as it allows us to gather important details quickly. Preparation is key to successfully completing the job. While texting is an option, phone or Zoom calls can often save time and ensure clear communication. Once the job is explained thoroughly, we can decide on the next step to move forward. Pictures are also extremely helpful. All means of communication are welcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing my electrical apprenticeship right out of high school in New Hampshire, I earned both my journeyman’s and master’s electrical licenses. A few years later, I decided to take the leap and start my own business. Six years in, I moved my company to Jacksonville in early 2024 and am proud to serve Duval County and the surrounding communities. - Florida EC13014135 - Electrical Contractors License - OSHA 30 certified
