Wade, Just saw this review. I am glad that you thought OUR WORKMANSHIP WAS PHENOMENAL, I hope you accept my sincere apology for not getting you a typed receipt as soon as you would have liked. It seems a bit unfair to give us such a terrible review in light of the quality of our workmanship. IN addition, I actually jumped thru a loot of hoops to fit your project in to an extremely busy schedule. This busy schedule which required me in the field for very long hours prior to leaving town contributed to not being able to get you a typed receipt as quickly as you desired. I pride my self on results and we did deliver and we did it on the extreme cheap. In regard to concrete truck being late... this was the supplier and by running late it actually cost me additional funds to pay my men for overtime. I ended making less than $200 for your project only to be rewarded with a 1 star rating for going out of my way to accommodate you. I sincerely hope you reconsider, Thank you in advance Randy

Dana, we proudly use both pictures and videos of your massive driveway to market our business. It is a Project were very proud of... In fact, YOU and YOUR MOTHER both posted on our FB social media site EXPRESSING HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR NEW DRIVEWAY. However, we do understand and are equally frustrated that completion our 2nd project with you has been delayed. IN FACT, YOU CANCELLED OUR LAST WORK SCHEDULE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT via text on 28 February 2018 citing a conflict with other work by a roofing contractor as the reason. Unfortunately weather conditions (Humidity, temperature, and/or rain) since then for this type of stain have been outside product application specifications and will not likely meet proper conditions until mid-to late September at best. Conditions you were aware of due to our previous work together. Prior to you cancelling... we came out on (3) separate dates and cleaned and/or pressure washed the double entry steps on the day prior to our anticipated completion and application of the final coat of stain only to have weather condition change to conditions which were not acceptable for application of stain on the following day. Even though we are operating at a loss due to changing weather conditions, It has always been our intent to complete this project in a professional manner as soon possible. We will call to make arrangements at that time.
