- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a diagnostic fee, however fee is waived if customer goes ahead with the repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are lasting so I try my best to show up on time for every job, I typically explain my process of how I will get the job done so there is clarity and transparency to ensure trust and a pleasant experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received a career diploma certificate from the Penn foster career school as a HVACR technician, 608 and 608 technician certification from EPA and i am a licensed Florida HVAC contractor.
