- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% Discount on your entire bill if you are in the military, are a senior citizen, a student or first responder. We value our country and our customers, so it only makes sense to help the people who make our country great. Just mention the 5% discount and it’ll be taken right off of the top.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take your calls with honest friendly advice. If you need service, we set up a time that works best for YOU. We always call 30 minutes prior to arrival, so there’s never a surprise visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
3 years of school and 22 years in the appliance repair business. You are dealing with the experts.
