The technician was knowledgeable and quick he ensured that he could get my washer back up and running and needless to say the turn around time was less than an week. The customer services was amazing and overall work quality and professionalism was like no other that I experience before. We only use OEM parts and provide 6 month to 1 year warranty on all parts. We also advised you of flexible payment options, all of which you declined and opted to just pay service fee
