I recently had an issue with my fridge not cooling properly. I tried adjusting the settings and even unplugging it for a bit, but nothing seemed to work. All my food was going bad, and I was really frustrated. It was running, but the inside just wasn’t getting cold. I ended up having to call for a repair, which was an extra hassle I didn’t expect to deal with. Honestly, I’m disappointed because a fridge should last longer without these kinds of problems

My dryer was taking forever to dry clothes, and I couldn’t figure out why. I called Caspi Home Service, and James came by to check it out. He found the heating element was busted and replaced it right then and there. No more waiting hours for dry clothes! James was super friendly, explained everything, and even gave me tips to keep my dryer running better in the future. I highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!

It is such a pleasure to be able to write a glowing, but honest review about home services work, and I have that real pleasure today. A power surge hit my home during a storm last month and knocked out my freezer. So I checked thumbtack to try to find a service man. I contacted several and the first response came from Caspi Home Service. After telling them what had happened, an appointment was set up. James sent me a reminder the day before and notified me when he was leaving the appointment right before mine. He quickly and correctly diagnosed what had happened, ordered the part and told me he would see me the next week when the part came in. And he did. I will call James the next time I need appliance repairs done in the future. His prices are more than fair and I know I’ll get quality work done

My dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly, and I was starting to think it was time for a new one. Luckily, I called Caspi Home Service instead, and James came out to take a look. Turns out, it was just a broken spray arm, and he replaced it in no time. Now, my dishes come out spotless, and I didn’t have to spend a fortune on a new dishwasher. Great service, great price, and James was a pleasure to work with
