- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a streamlined process to ensure efficiency and satisfaction: Initial Contact β Customers can book an appointment online or by phone. We gather information about the appliance issue and schedule a convenient time. Diagnosis and Estimate β Our technician arrives on time, diagnoses the issue, and provides a detailed estimate. Repair β With approval, we proceed with the repair, often completing it during the same visit. If parts need to be ordered, we schedule a follow-up at no additional service fee. Quality Check β After repair, we test the appliance to ensure it's fully functional. Customer Satisfaction β We walk you through the repair, provide maintenance tips, and ensure you are completely satisfied before leaving.
