The owner and his service guy is very kind and pleasant and because of the problem we was dealing with our stove, they helped us with our problems and we are very happy with their service and will used them again! P.S. Hopefully not right away. 🙂 if upset about your stuff being broken, call them because just there present will cause you to be happy again!

At first there was a communication issue but he called me in person apologized and came and fixed as soon as the right part arrived. Geogel H came and fixed . He was respectful and did an excellent job ! We tre to support small businesses.

I recently had an issue with my fridge not cooling properly. I tried adjusting the settings and even unplugging it for a bit, but nothing seemed to work. All my food was going bad, and I was really frustrated. It was running, but the inside just wasn’t getting cold. I ended up having to call for a repair, which was an extra hassle I didn’t expect to deal with. Honestly, I’m disappointed because a fridge should last longer without these kinds of problems

My dryer was taking forever to dry clothes, and I couldn’t figure out why. I called Caspi Home Service, and James came by to check it out. He found the heating element was busted and replaced it right then and there. No more waiting hours for dry clothes! James was super friendly, explained everything, and even gave me tips to keep my dryer running better in the future. I highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!
