What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a $49.95 service call/diagnosis for normal hours (8am-5pm M-F) and $99.95 diagnosis for after hours. Also, we offer a 10% military, police, and fire personnel discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going in and taking care of the problem for them as quickly and as cost effectively as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 32 years experience in the plumbing industry. I was a Navy hull technician (Navy plumber), then went on to Service plumber after I left the navy.
