- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are inclusive of travel, professional sound, gear, setup, breakdown, and performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a quick intro discussion to learn more about each other and the event. Once we determine there is a good fit, then we move toward pricing and deposit schedule - if needed and convenient for the customer. We offer email invoicing and insurance if required by customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years experience as a musician and music artist and business person.
