We are an owner operated local state licensed business with over 20 years of experience in the Water Mitigation & Mold Remediator. We are IICRC certified and offer THERMAL IMAGING to detect moisture in your home or office. We will walk you through all the steps to assist you in filing an insurance claim if necessary. Mr. Captain Clean Inc. is a drug-free workplace. We love helping our customers in their time of need. It is very stressful having a water leak or Mold in your home and we are there to assist you from beginning to end. We can get you dried out before mold begins to grow. If there is microbial growth I will make sure the a proper remediation will be preformed. We offer a $199 thermal and moisture meter inspection and report emailed to you which included photos of inspected areas. The fee is waived if moisture is evident and we help you remedy the situation either with an insurance claim or other ways of payment! We are Florida licensed and insured!

David, from Mr. Captain Clean gave us a straight forward and no BS assessment. He could have profited off of us, but told us that there were no problems and we just need a handyman. The first company we were referred to told us to vacate premises, prepare for a lengthy and costly renovation, and remediation of mold! It was so comforting and refreshing to find a competent and honest person like Dave. He made no profit from us, but saved our family thousands and thousands of dollars!

I had a leak in the concrete that was inside a wall of what one my rooms. Some of the water leaked into the house and got the drywall wet. Dave came by to do a moisture analysis and he showed us how the damage was pretty minor and we could manage it ourselves. Dave was very honest and helpful to show us that we did not need his services and could handle things ourselves. Would definitely use him again for any moisture issues.

We do not have a standard pricing system for our service because every job we perform is different. We can assist in filing a claim with your insurance company if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to honestly assess the damage to see what areas are affected and also to find what the cause of loss is followed by a proper dryout and cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are IICRC certified in water damage restoration and also mold certified,we participate in regular training to ensure our company delivers quality and knowledgeable water restoration service to our local customers.
