Shortly after my search to have some old furniture hauled away you messaged me and said you could be over later that afternoon. I said yes. You let me know that your current job was running late, which I appreciated. When we talked about what I wanted to get rid of you quickly put it in the truck without hesitation. When it came to discussing price, I felt you were reasonable and about the same as others. I appreciate you coming so quickly and I’m glad I got rid of the stuff. Thank you. Miguel and his crew have been very responsive and reasonable with their prices. Also, I’d like to mention they do a range of handyman duties that help me out with my line of work. I’d like to add that is very comfortable working with somebody that is professional and knows how to get the job done fast and efficient. 5 star!! Highly recommend.

Fixed the original problem with shingles that had shifted, found several others that hadn't been glued down properly on a fix sometime in the past and fixed those too preventing future problems (hopefully :-) ) . Willing to negotiate the price some for a small job that wasn't a rush (at their convenience) but still did a very thorough job fixing the original problem plus spotting, reporting, documenting and then fixing the other unglued tiles (future problems, which of course cost a bit more, but fair). He explained about what was wrong and the solution and also documented with picture. Thanks alot!
