Miguel and his crew have been very responsive and reasonable with their prices. Also, I’d like to mention they do a range of handyman duties that help me out with my line of work. Fixed the original problem with shingles that had shifted, found several others that hadn't been glued down properly on a fix sometime in the past and fixed those too preventing future problems (hopefully :-) ) . Willing to negotiate the price some for a small job that wasn't a rush (at their convenience) but still did a very thorough job fixing the original problem plus spotting, reporting, documenting and then fixing the other unglued tiles (future problems, which of course cost a bit more, but fair). He explained about what was wrong and the solution and also documented with picture. Thanks alot!
