We were in search of a new pool maintenance service and Pools By Julio Corp responded almost immediately. Very good communication! Since hiring them Aug 1st , Julio has been able to diagnose certain issues and was able to do the repairs and our pool is looking great! So far...so good :)

I contacted several companies to deal with a leak I had with my pool filtration system. Julio and his team were the very first to response and provided a time they would arrive to look at the issue. He was good to his word… arrived on time as promised, determined what the solution would be and within 5 minutes provided me an estimate. I asked how soon he could do the work if I approved the estimate he said the coming Monday. I approved it and as promised Julio arrived on time on Monday as planned and replaced the filtration system, tested the pumps and even cleaned and adjusted the pump baskets and flows which were not items he had included on the estimate. Julio and his team went over and above the call of duty. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I’m even considering changing my pool maintenance person based on information provided by Julio and advice which was given … his team communicated every step of the way and he was always on time per his commitment. A real pleasure to deal with this gentleman. It was a job very very well done.

We recently hired Julio to move the filter and pump for our pool from one side of the yard to the other. They had to install new tubing and reconnect everything with the heater. It was not an easy job. I have to say we are extremely happy with their service. They got back to us right away, great customer service and great work. We were working under tight deadline with the rest of the renovation for our back yard so Julio made sure they got everything done within a day which I didn’t think would be possible. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly and the customer is satisfied with the result! I would 100% recommend them to my friends!
