I signed a contract, paid the down payment, waited for the material and permit application and about a week before the material was to be delivered and the permits approved I was told that they could not go forward with the project. They claimed the prices increased but would also not give me a new price. They promptly returned my deposit money but still I wasted over a month for no apparent reason and need to start from scratch.

Hi Beatriz, The orginal estimate was sent at the beginning of February 2023 for $1,226 a square. In the beginning of March 2023 we provided you with an updated estimate at $1,065 per sqaure. Which we lowered our initial estimate significantly to assist you. During that time again we had another material price increase. For that reason, we could not perform your project profitably with that budget. We didn't want you to feel we took your depoist then increase the price (bait and switch). Therefore, we returned your depoist next day.
